Gerald Levy

Gerald Levy has over 20 years of financial experience, including fifteen years in the City of London at leading investment banks: BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley and Commerzbank.

In 2020, he founded LevCap to provide professional operators with independent expertise in structured finance, covering the full capital structure: from senior bank debt to equity and quasi-equity.

Drawing on an extensive network of lenders and private banks, Gerald developed from 2023 a dedicated offering for HNW and UHNW clients, providing resident and non-resident investors with optimal financial and tax structuring for premium acquisitions in France and internationally.

Gerald holds a degree from Université Paris IX Dauphine (DESS 203 — 2002). A French and British national, he is the father of four children.
