This page explains how the levcap.fr website handles visitors' personal data.

What the website does not do

The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no data-collection form. Fonts and scripts are served directly from levcap.fr: nothing is loaded from a third-party service (no Google Fonts, no external CDN). Only the rates banner queries a public exchange-rate source (api.frankfurter.dev) directly from your browser: no personal data is sent, other than the technical information inherent to any web request (IP address). A consent banner is therefore not required.

Data we receive

• Technical logs. Our host, Netlify, Inc. (United States), may record connection logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested) to keep the service secure and running.
• Your messages. If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to reply and, where relevant, to assess your project. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. This data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, then archived in line with legal obligations.
• Simulator. Figures entered in the simulator are calculated in your browser. They are neither sent nor stored.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, write to gerald.levy@levcap.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
